Rachel Duff

Rachel Duff

Rachel Duff has been showing horses since she was 6, and it began with a polka-dotted POA pony. She won the first class she ever showed in at the Platte County Fairgrounds at a Pony Express circuit horse show in the all-age walk trot. She began showing American Quarter Horses at the age of 8 in the walk trot classes. She moved up into the cantering classes quickly, and soon she fell in love with all-around classes. She showed various horses throughout her years and eventually landed on showing only Hunter Under Saddle, Hunt Seat Equitation and Showmanship with Emma Luke. The pair were very successful, and Rachel still says they are soul mates and will never sell her. Rachel continues to show Quarter Horses her family raises and Working Hunters in the A circuits. She can’t wait until she can show one of Emma’s babies.

Jerry Duff

Jerry Duff has been showing horses since he could barely talk. He found his home on a horse from a young age in mid-Missouri. His family had been long-time horse owners and showmen, and Jerry was no exception. He competed in every class from Western Pleasure to Barrel Racing on his horses. He finds his passion for Quarter Horses in breeding now, and he continues to enjoy his horses from his small farm in Smithville, Mo.
